I am going to be purchasing a number of new servers for my next Speech Server deployment and was wondering how well Speech Server is able to take advantage of multiple processors. I have read all of the capacity planning documents and was wondering how much of a gain I get from using quad vs. dual core processors on a machine vs. running on multiple machines. Would a single quad cpu perform better than two dual core cpus, etc.?
